Just 12 minutes walk from the heritage coast beach and adjacent to the 800 year old National Trust woodland and heath.

The cottage is all on one level and the original part of the property dates back to the 1840s. It provides an ideal tranquil holiday home in the coastal village of West Runton.

Three charming bedrooms, king-size four poster, a light and airy double and an attractive twin, Flat screen freeview TV with DVD. Free WiFi. Duvets and linen. No towels but tea towels provided. Gas central heating. Washing machine and dish washer. Oven with ceramic hob. Fridge freezer and microwave combi -oven. Iron and Ironing board. Travel cot. High chair and baby bath. Selection of books and board games.

It has large enclosed secluded sunny garden that is a haven to birds, ideal for relaxing on those warm summer evenings. Garden furniture. storage for bikes . PARKING is at rear of property with space for 2 cars.

Surrounding area

West Runton village is situated mid way between Cromer and Sheringham with attractions such as the Hillside Shire Horse and Animal centre , country park and golf course. The village station is on the Bitten line and the historic city of Norwich with it's cobbled streets, cathedral and castle is only an hour away. The Village amenities include a Pub, restaurant, butchers , antique shop, cafe , traditional toy shop and a convenience store.

Nearby Sheringham is a must see and just a few minutes drive away . Or you can walk, straight out of the back garden, taking a beautiful woodland route across national trust land with elevated views across to the ‘Beaston bump’ and the sea beyond. Sheringham is home to a steam railway , market , museum, Little theatre and  the ‘Splash’ leisure park. In the other direction lies Cromer with its pier , esplanade gardens , cinema and Amazonia Zoo. A great place for the kids and adults alike.

West Runton is ideally situated for easy access to many of North Norfolks attractions such as the National Trusts Felbrigg and Blickling Hall. The fabulous rhododendron collection at Sheringham park. The beautiful Georgian country town of Holt is just 8 miles away. The village is on the regular coastal hopper bus route and within easy striking distance of Cley and Blakeney. A short drive away is the Muckleburgh Military Collection.
