It offers peace and quiet within easy walking distance of village pub, railway station,restaurant and shops. Step straight from the back garden onto an ancient track leading to 800 year old National Trust woodland and heath, or take a 12 minute walk to the famous heritage coast.

secluded and enclosed, sunny garden complete with garden
furniture. Outdoor furniture consists of a

chairs, alongside a small metal patio table and chairs.There is
an old flint wall, remaining from the original
farm estate, and a large Victorian orangery with a painted design.
Walks from the garden gate lead directly on to National Trust woodland and heath, an animal sanctuary, and views over the Sea.
